Boyle Arts Festival continues over this weekend and below are some of the events that are scheduled to take place:
Friday August 6th
1pm – Kevin Barry – The Marquee
3pm – A Illustrated Tour of Boyle – Meet at The Marquee
6.30pm – Carole Coleman in conversation with Kingston Mills – The Marquee
9.30pm – Paddy Casey – The Marquee
Saturday August 7th
1pm – A Naggin of Knowledge – The Marquee
4pm – ‘The Men Who Knew Too Much’ – The Marquee
6pm – Louise Kennedy – The Marquee
8pm – ‘Bird on the Wire’ The songs of Leonard Cohen – The Marquee
Sunday August 8th
1pm – The Mosaics of County Roscommon – The Marquee
4pm – Lizi, Lynda and Ceara – The Marquee
8pm – Count John McCormack: A Life in Song and Story – The Marquee
The main body of the Festival will run from August 5th until August 8th, while a selection of special online events will run until August 14th. The visual art exhibition ‘Crossings’ will continue in King House until August 31st while the local Art Trail, featuring visual art from a number of local artists, can be found in various premises and windows, all over town.
