RECEPTION:
Previous front office or customer service experience would be of benefit. Excellent telephone manner is essential as is a guest focused attitude and the ability to work under pressure in an ever changing environment.
WEDDING BANQUETING SERVICE:
Experience is not required full training given. These are part time positions working mostly wedding weekends. You must be a fast mover with a good work ethic.
NIGHT PORTER:
Some front office or bar experience would be an advantage. An important position with responsibility for guest service and safety from 11pm to 7am. You would work mostly at the front office with some bar service necessary.
KITCHEN:
We are currently recruiting for chefs and kitchen porters.
BANQUETING BAR STAFF:
This position requires applicants to have previous experience working in a busy bar you must be fast moving and have the ability to work under pressure while keeping your bar clean and tidy. Good customer service is also essential. These are mostly late night shifts 8pm to 5am.
