The 5th annual Tony Mc Gowan 10k run takes place in Drumshanbo this Sunday 12th February at 1:30pm.
There will be three distances on offer 10K, 5k and 2.5k family fun run/walk.
All runners will be chipped timed by core timing.
Pacers will be available on the day.
Run starts at 1:30pm with registration from 12:30pm
