Three Boyle commercial properties have sold at auction in recent weeks.
The old Roscommon Champion Building on St. Patrick Street was sold at auction on the 11th November for a final bid of €55,500
The AMV (Advised Minimum Value) was advertised at €40,500.
On Main Street the building that house the former Xtravision store on the ground floor is listed as “Sale Agreed” and an office on Elphin Street is listed as “sold” following an earlier auction.
Meanwhile, Smith Kelly Scott have indicated a guide price of €250,000 for the Royal Hotel in Boyle town centre which has recently come on the market.
