An evening of farewell and thanksgiving was held on Friday for Fr Brian Conlon who is leaving the Family Life Centre.
Fr Brian has been a director of the Centre for the last 18 years and is moving to further his career with studies in hospital chaplaincy.
Louise Moran acted as MC while Evelyn O’Donnell spoke as Chairperson of the Voluntary Management Committee.

On behalf of the staff of the centre, Maura Callaghan addressed the gathering while Marie Brennan read scripture.
Following the formal part of proceedings, hot food and sandwiches were provided by Troy Take Away.
