Roscommon County Council are selling ten developed sites in Forest View in Boyle.
The sites, which will cost €20,000 each, are suitable for those who wish to construct a dwelling house for their own occupation.
A number of conditions apply and consideration will be given to applicants under a number of headings.
Applications will not be considered from persons who now or previously owned their own house or site, save in exceptional circumstances.
