The annual Lough Key Sprint Triathlon will take place in Lough Key Forest Park on Sunday September 4th.
The following is an brief time schedule for Saturday evening and Race Day:

19.00 Registration opens in main building Lough Key Forest Park
20.00 Registration closes

07:30 Park opens
07:45 Registration opens
08:15 Transition zone opens (YOU MUST HAVE REGISTERED BEFORE ENTERING)
09:30 Registration closes – (NO LATE REGISTRATION – TI MEMBERS MUST HAVE MEMBERSHIP CARD – NON MEMBERS MUST HAVE ONE DAY LICENCE..THEY ARE NOT SOLD ON THE DAY).

10:00 Competitors briefing on lawn in front of main building
10:15 Competitors will be counted Wave holding areas
10:25 Wave 1 Competitors line-up at buoys 20metres from shoreline
10:30 START Wave 1 – Subsequents wave(s) at 5-10 minute intervals
12:15-13:30 Buffet lunch on Green beside finish area – bring lunch voucher.
