Sunday’s Roscommon Ploughing Championships has been postponed due to forecasted bad weather.
The annual event was to have taken place at James and Eleanor Coffey’s farm in Lecarrow.
With heavy rain forecast for the next few days a decision was made by the association to postpone the event.
It is hoped to reschedule the ploughing in the next few weeks.
