Storm Doris leaves a trail of damage
Storm Doris hit Boyle on Wednesday night leaving many fallen trees and homes without power.
By 9am Thursday morning the storm had abated but strong gusts were still being felt in this area.
Motorists are being advised to drive with care due to fallen trees and debris on the roads.

Our main picture shows Declan Dwyer and Noel Hanmore clearing a fallen tree on the Frenchaprk road shortly before 8am.
They had previously cleared other fallen trees in the general area.
In Rockingham, Gerard Mullarkey is also seen clearing the roadway.
A telephone pole snapped in Killaraght and eir’s Joe McDermott was on hand to make the area safe.
