At day one of a two day Allsop property auction in Dublin Tuesday, a number of Roscommon properties went under the hammer.
A mixed use investment on Main Street in Carrick on Shannon which had a maximum reserve of €75,000, sold for €340,000.
A warehouse and office unit in the Mill Business Park, Ballaghaderreen, which had a reserve of up to €100,000, sold for €260,000.
On Thursday it is the turn of residential properties to go for sale with houses in Roscommon, Carrick and Athlone and a Take Away in Roscommon town all on offer.
