Boyle based company KDM Construction Limited has signaled it’s intention to apply to Roscommon County Council for retention planning permission for the following at Forest Park Manor, Drum or Warren Td, Carrick Road, Boyle:
Retain as constructed dwelling houses number 5, 6, 7, 9, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 and retain as constructed common areas, road and footpath layout with associated services etc which is at variance to the development permitted under planning register ref no PD03/1470 and An Bord Pleanala reference number PL20.207502 with completion of all outstanding site works at Forest Park Manor, Drum or Warren Td, Carrick Road, Boyle.
