Gardai in Boyle are investigating a spate of thefts of property from parked cars in the Warren Grove, Warren View and St. Joseph’s Avenue areas in Boyle.
The thefts occurred on the night of the 6th going into the early hours of 7th February.
No damage was caused to the vehicles concerned but property and personal belongings were taken.
Gardai are seeking the public’s assistance and any one that may have been in the above mentioned areas between 11pm on 6th and 7am on the 7th February and may have noticed someone acting suspiciously or anything unusual please contact Boyle Gardai on 0719664620 or on the Garda confidential number 1800 666 111.
Gardai are urging people to ensure that they keep their vehicles locked and secured at all times and not to leave any property within view in their vehicles and please ensure that if your vehicle is fitted with an alarm that the alarm is activated when the vehicle is parked up
