The good news continues for Boyle with conditional planning permission being granted to the Health Service Executive for development on the grounds of the Plunkett Home which will consist of the construction of a new two (part three) storey primary health care centre totalling 1,590 sqm.
The site works will include modifications and extension to the existing on site access road, the removal of 8 no. car parking spaces with associated site landscaping, ancillary site works and 33 no. car parking spaces all on a 0.45 hectare site at The Crescent, Boyle.
There are 13 conditions attached to the permission.
