Two developments in the Boyle area will soon seek planning permission.
Permission is being sought by Aisling Archer for change of use of part of her existing dwelling house from residential accomodation to a playschool, together with all ancillary works at Warren Way, Abbeytown, Boyle.
In Kilfaughna townland, Knockvicar permssion is being sought on behalf of Conor Malone and Patrick Heslin to construct an extension to the kitchen at “The Morrings”.
Meanwhile in Cootehall, further information has been provided by Kevin Doherty for a development as per amended description applied for at Cuilmore Townland, Cootehall, Boyle.
