Pilates – 6pm – 6.45
Run Strong 7pm – 7.45
Tabata – 8pm – 8.45
Pilates – a mind / body form of exercise working from the inside out to build core strength, stability, flexibility , mobility and balance.
Run Strong – Strength and conditioning exercises for runners to improve performance and keep injuries at bay.
Tabata – High Intensity Interval Training Class, a full body workout improving aerobic and anaerobic fitness.
