Boyle Right2Water and Anti-Austerity group and concerned locals, will be assisting local General election candidate, Eddie Conroy, this Saturday, gathering signatures against the reduction in hours at Boyle Garda Station.
Boyle Garda Station has lost it’s 24 hour status causing concern for local people that the town is not receiving adequate Garda cover.
Once the signatures have been collected they will be forwarded to the Minister for Justice requesting that Boyle Garda Station is restored to full time opening.
