Roscommon County Board have announced that the selection of a new county team manager will be an open competition.
The announcement comes following the resignation of Boyle resident Fergal O’Donnell from the joint managerial position on Tuesday night.
A statement was issued on the County Board’s website as follows:
“Following on from the resignation of Fergal O Donnell from the position of joint manager of the Roscommon Senior Football team the Roscommon GAA County Management Committee has agreed to open the position of County Team Manager to an open competition.”
