There have been 10 confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the Boyle Local Electoral Area in the past fortnight, with the 14 day incidence rate also falling.
Figures released last night show the 14 day incidence rate in the Boyle L.E.A. now stands at 45.8 – well down on the national figure of 131.7.
There were 27 Covid cases in the Roscommon L.E.A. during the same period (30/3/21 – 12/4/21) with a 14 day incidence rate of 118.8
The third L.E.A. in the county – Athlone had 41 cases reported and has a 14 day incidence rate of 205.2.
There were no new cases of Covid-19 reported in the county last night (Thursday).
