Information revealed by the Minister for Jobs, Richard Bruton in the Dail recently shows that there has only been 0ne IDA sponsored visit to Roscommon in the first six months of this year.
The information was revealed to Fianna Fail TD for Mayo Dara Calleary.
There was a total of 247 visits by potential investors to various locations in Ireland from January to June 2015.
Dublin had the highest number of visits at 96, Waterford, Limerick and Cork had 19, Galway 16, Westmeath 15 and locally Sligo 5, Leitrim 2 and Mayo 2.
Along with Roscommon, Carlow, Wexford, Longford and Donegal had one visit each while Cavan had no visit.
