O’Donnell returns to management
Former Roscommon Football Manager Fergal O’Donnell has returned to management with Longford club Killoe.
The Roscommon Garda who lives in Boyle, stepped down as joint-manager of his native county’s senior footballers in September after less than twelve months in the role.
He now takes over the reins of the Emmet Og outfit from Declan Rowley.
According to Hoganstand.com, O’Donnell has enjoyed plenty of success from the sidelines over the years, winning an All-Ireland MFC title and a Connacht SFC crown (during his previous term) with the Rossies in 2006 and 2010 respectively.
