Four Roscommon people, including a woman from Boyle, were among the 143 Gardai who graduated from Templemore Garda Training College this week.
Katie Lennon from Maple Drive will be stationed in Coolock in Dublin.
Also graduating from Templemore were Erica Delaney Roscommon town, Thomas Fetherstone from Donamon and Shane Hunter from Dysart.
County Roscommon will not receive any of the new Gardai recruits.
The 98 men and 45 women commenced training on September 12th and will commence phase 11 of their training on May 8th.
