A beautiful model railway is currently on display in the window of Better Buy’s on the Crescent in Boyle and will remain in place until after Easter.
The project was undertaken by members of Boyle Men’s Shed assisted by students from Abbey Community College.
All the buildings and scenery in the display are hand made and at the launch of the railway this morning, credit was given to students Leanne King and Liam James McCarthy for their great work on the project over the last number of months.
Boyle Men’s Shed were also synonymous with the Boyle Model Railway which is a separate project to the current one on display.
