Mind Your Mental Health Workshop in partnership with Mental Health Ireland and Meitheal – Child and Family Support Network, takes place in Castlerea on Thursday.
Understand your mental health, reflect on your own mental health and identify strategies to identify well-being.
The Workshop will take place in Trinity Arts centre on Thursday from 9.30am to 4.30pm
This free Workshop is open to everyone in the community.
