Guided Meditation will take place at the Galilee Community, Tintagh, Boyle on Monday 27th June.
The evening begins with relaxation exercises at 7pm in preparation for meditation.
Meditation commences at 7:15pm and concludes at 7: 45pm.
The Galilee Community is situated outside Boyle on the N4, the main Dublin-Sligo road. Take the first turn after the Lough Key viewing point on which stands the sculpture of the ‘Gaelic Chieftain’ on the horse. From Sligo – take first turn left after the ‘Welcome to Roscommon’ sign.
