A man is in a serious condition in hospital this morning after a stab attack in Roscommon town.
The alarm was raised when the man, aged 20, was found in a car park at Castle Street in the town shortly after 11pm.
According to independent.ie, the victim had suffered apparent stab wounds and may have had one of his ears severed in the attack.
