Lough Key Triathlon Club Beginners Try a Tri will take place on Sunday 8th April in Carrick on Shannon.
This event, which is now sold out, is a pool based beginners triathlon, of 10 lengths of the pool followed by a 13km cycle and then a 4km run.
You may also wish to take part in some other events later in the year including Swim Lough Rynn in July and Lough Key Triathlon in September.
The club will have a small number of event t-shirts available for purchase on the day for a nominal fee and these will be sold on a first come first served basis at registration.
