Once again the lifebuoy at the Bridge in Boyle town has been stolen as can be seen from the accompanying photograph.
The theft follows on from the vandalism of the planter at Christ the King junction over the weekend and a reported increase in petty crime including graffiti spraying in certain areas of town.
Boyle is still a relatively crime free town and it must remain this way.
Please use your civic spirit and assist in a zero tolerance approach to this kind of activity.
If you notice someone removing life saving equipment or vandalising town property please ask them to desist and notify the Gardaí.
