The nine major sponsors for Boyle GAA clubs “Who wants to be a Thousandaire” were announced this evening at the launch night in the Clubrooms.
Cooney Motors, Mulveys Toymaster and Bowling Centre, King and Moffit, Lough Key Forest and Activity Centre, Drumderrig Nursing Home, Homeland Nutrias , Joe Simon Building Supplies, Roscommon GAA Health and Well Being and Elvery’s Sports were thanked by club chairman Martin Dolan for coming on board as the main sponsors.
Their support will enable nine rounds of the quiz to be held on 6th December, with the opportunity for €1,000 to be won in each round, potentially a total of €9,000 could be won on the night.
This is the first time that such an event has been held in the North Roscommon area and it is generating massive interest.
The show is based on the popular television quiz show and it will feature “50/50”, “Ask the Audience “ and “Phone a Friend”. The show is fully computerised and is provided on behalf of the Clubs by Pallas Marketing Limited.
