The death has occurred of Patrick (Paddy/Pat) Conlon,16th January 2025, (Wokingham, Berkshire, UK and formerly of Boyle, Co Roscommon, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff at Sue Ryder Duchess of Kent Hospice Reading.
Predeceased by his loving wife Grainne, parents Bridget and Tony, Brother Michael and sister in law Diane. Much loved father of Tony, John, Patrick and Barry. Sadly missed by daughter, in-law, Debbie, grandchildren Olivia, Harry and Ruby, Brothers, Tony, Tom, Dominic, Sister Mary, sisters in laws, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

Funeral Mass on Friday morning 14th of February at 11 am in the Church of Corpus Christi Church, 60 Sturges Road, Wokingham, RG40 2HE followed by cremation at 12.30pm in Braccan chapel, Easthampstead Park Crematorium – Braccan South Road Nine Mile Ride Wokingham RG40 3DW.
