The death has occurred of Owen Cleary, 11 Castlegrange Way, Swords, Co. Dublin and formerly Fostra, Knockvicar, Boyle, Co. Roscommon, September 23rd 2023, surrounded by his loving family, following a short illness.
Proud and devoted husband to Margaret, wonderful and loving father to Andrew, Amanda and Joanna and their partners, grandfather to Croía. Much loved by his twin Mary, sisters Fionnuala and Lena, brothers, Ciaran, Paul, Dominic, Nigel and Tom. Deeply missed by his Uncle Bernie, Aunt Patricia, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephew, nieces, God-children, relatives, work colleagues, neighbours and his many, many friends in Dublin and Roscommon.

Reposing at his home, 11 Castlegrange Way, Swords, (Monday) 25th September, from 4.30 pm to 8.00 pm and on (Wednesday) 27th September at Shivnan’s Funeral Home, Ballyfarnon, Co. Roscommon, F52WT26, from 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Patrick’s Church, Crossna, Knockvicar, Co. Roscommon on (Thursday) 28th September, at 12.00 noon followed by interment afterwards in Kileenan Cemetery, Knockvicar, Co. Roscommon. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired, to St. Francis’s Hospice, Blanchardstown or Cancer Society Ireland.
