The death has occurred of Mary Tiernan, (née Campbell), 8 Termon Road, Boyle, Co. Roscommon and formerly of Kingsland, Boyle.

Mary passed away peacefully, at home, on the eve of her 99th birthday, with her family by her side.
Predeceased by her parents Dan and Catherine, her husband George, her infant son Christopher, her brothers Jimmy, John and Danny and her sister Kathleen.
Mary will be very sadly missed and remembered with love by her devoted family, her sons Willliam, Danny, John, Brendan and Declan, daughters Christina, Bridget, and Margaret, her adored 27 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sister-in-law Mary, nephews, nieces, extended family, great neighbours and many friends.
Mary’s family wish to express their gratitude to the palliative care team Edel and Ann and to the staff in Sligo University Hospital for their wonderful care of Mary.

Mary will repose in Mahon’s Funeral Home, Boyle (Eircode F52 ND23), on Friday (6th September) from 5pm until 8pm. Removal on Saturday morning from her son and daughter-in-law, John and Eithne’s home, to St. Joseph’s Church, Boyle, for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Assylinn Cemetery.
