A large crowd gathered on The Crescent in Boyle Saturday afternoon for the unveiling of a plaque in memory of the late John Reilly.
Members of John’s family from Dublin, joined the Grehan sisters and the community of Boyle for the ceremony.
Committee member Bernard Flaherty acted as MC and thanked all who made the day possible.
The plaque was erected on the wall of Bruno’s restaurant, previously Grehan’s Bar.
