There will be an illustrated talk in Ardcarne Church of Ireland on Saturday 30th.
Titled ” The Mac Dermott Fortress on the Rock of Lough Key”, the talk will be given as part of Heritage Week.
Dr Kieran O’Connor, Department of Archaeology, Geography, NUI, Galway will deliver the talk.
Admission is €5 and proceedings get under way at 9.15pm
