Roscommon win Connacht Final
Roscommon were crowned Connacht Champions after defeating Galway on a scoreline of 2-15 to 0-12 in a wet Pearse Stadium in Galway on Sunday afternoon.
The Nestor Cup is making it’s way back to Roscommon for the first time since 2010.
Boyle clubman Enda Smith was named the Sunday Game Man of the Match after a first class performance.
Boyle native and former Roscommon Minor goalkeeper Chris O’Dowd tweeted from California ” Big shout out to my old boss Kevin McStay today. Such a well judged performance. #GAA”
