The second of two Boyle properties for sale in this week’s Allsop auction in Dublin sold for it’s reserve price yesterday.
53 Foxwood Manor, a semi detached four bedroomed house at Warren or Drum, Boyle sold at auction for €40,000
It follows Tuesday’s Allsop sale of a detached three bedroom house at Forest View which had a reserve of €40,000 but sold for €58,000.
