Castlerea Gardaí have confirmed that over €500 worth of drugs were uncovered during a search of a house outside Boyle in the last week.
Cannabis and “drug paraphernalia” which it is believed were intended for sale and supply were found on a premises at Ardkeenagh during the search.
A Garda spokesperson said that one suspect has been identified and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
