Boyle Darkness into Light committee would like to invite all volunteers to attend a brief meeting on Thursday the 9th of May in our “Hub” on Main Street at 8.30pm.
It is important that all volunteers attend in order to receive candles, jars etc for candle teams and hi vis vests, emergency contact information and instructions to marshals.
For those of you who volunteered last year and may have Hivis or Lanyards from last year please bring along.
We are asking the following teams to attend the briefing accordingly:
Candle Teams, Route Marshals and Carpark Marshals.
The committee would like to thank all who have offered to help out in any way to ensure a safe and perfectly lit event.
