To date, a massive €14,199.40 has been raised following the recent Darkness into Light walk in Boyle.
The walk took place on the morning of Saturday May 6th when 748 people took to the street of the town to raise awareness of suicide and self harm prevention.
All monies raised will go to Pieta House for free counselling services to those in suicidal crisis, people who engage in self-harm and those bereaved by suicide.
The organisers of the Boyle walk would like to thank all who came out and walked in the event in addition to the fabulous volunteers who made the memorable morning possible.
