With the first sportive of the year (The Ronan McCormack Challenge) now a little over a week away, club members need to get as many kilometers as possible into the legs.
From this Sunday, weather permitting, the Sunday spins move to the earlier time of 9 am departing from the Crescent.
This week members will cycle the first 60k of the upcoming Lough Key Classic route.
Following the first loop, some members may continue to add on a few more kilometers.
Cub membership is now due and lapsed or future members are requested to log onto cyclingireland.ie and renew their membership.
