Role Skillnet launch Customer Service Training Initiative
Role Skillnet, training Network based at Boyle Enterprise Centre are running a series of customer service training courses during June and July. Dates and venues are, Wed June 11th, Bush Hotel, Carrick-on-Shannon, Tues June 17th, Boyle Enterprise Centre, Wed June 25th Tully’s Hotel, Castlerea, Wed July 2nd, Gleeson’s Townhouse, Roscommon, Wed July 9th, The Glasshouse, Sligo. Course times are 9.30/1.00. Topics will include how to make lasting impressions, the value of good telephone skills, handling difficult situations, and how to improve customer service in the workplace. The training is suitable for those working in, or seeking work in a customer service role
