Seven riders took off from the Crescent at 8am Sunday for 90k and 152k spins.
The weather was typical Irish summer, rain, sun and a head wind home!
Club spins continue this week on Tuesday and Thursday from the Crescent at 7pm.
These mid week outings will only last for a few more weeks so it would be great to see as many as possible participate.
