The 24th Roscommon Ploughing Championships scheduled for this Sunday has been postponed.
The organisers said that due to heavy rainfall forecast over the weekend, the Association has taken a decision to cancel the Ploughing Match and Field Day on Sunday April 8th.
It was due to be held on the farm of John and Mary Curley, Carntleva, Four Roads.
A new date will be published as soon as possible.
The organisers apologise for any inconvenience caused.
