A case of Covid-19 has been confirmed in Scoil na nAingeal Naofa in Boyle.
In a letter issued to parents this morning it was stated “There has been a confirmed case of Covid-19 in (a named) class in our school. We have been in contact with the HSE and a Public Health Risk Assessment has been undertaken”.
The letter to parents of other classes went on: “We can reassure you that your child is not considered a close contact and does not need a test for Covid-19. No further action needs to be taken at this time. Therefore, they can continue to attend school”.
