OTC Sales Assistant (full time – permanent) required by Ryan’s Pharmacy in Boyle. We are a community pharmacy where our customers are central to everything we do. As a team we work together to support each other to ensure that we can deliver that commitment to our customers.
This position will include Saturday work when rostered. (No late nights or Sunday). This role reports to the Pharmacy Manager. Key Responsibilities: Maintain the highest standard of customer service, Actively seek to increase O.T.C sales through link selling, Stock Control – Work with Senior OTC personnel to ensure stock levels are maintained at an optimal level, Product knowledge – Undertake training to ensure you are up to date on product knowledge, Undertake duties as assigned by Senior OTC Personnel and the Pharmacy Manager
Knowledge and Experience: Customer focused, Previous O.T.C sales and customer service experience, Excellent interpersonal skills, O.T.C product knowledge, Experience in or interest in skin care is an advantage, Want to actively contribute to the wider team and deliver excellent service to our customers, Excellent communication skills, Proven sales ability, Have a positive approach to all assigned task, Computer skills an advantage.
