Boyle woman Michelle Lannon has been chosen as a member of the Irish team that will participate at the British & Irish Masters Cross-Country Championships in Aintree, Liverpool, UK, next month.
Michelle will join four other athletes in the ‘Women 45’ category for the competition on Saturday November 16th.
The others include Breda Gaffney, Mallow AC, Emilia Dan, Dunboyne AC and Jackie Carty Kilmore AC.
Last November Michelle was a member of the Irish team who secured silver at the British & Irish Masters Cross-Country Championships in Swansea, Wales as part of the four person ‘Women 45’ team.
