Darren wins entrepreneur award
Congratulations to Boyle businessman Darren Kilcoyne from Kilcoyne Tree Surgery who was the winner recently in the ‘Best Established Business’ category for County Roscommon in Irelands Best Young Entrepreneur 2019.
Darren and the other category winners will now go on to represent their county at Regional and possible National level, with further investment available. More information can be found on www.ibye.ie
The competition aims to find the countries best and brightest entrepreneurs aged between 18 and 35 who either have a Business Idea, a Start Up or an Established Business. There is a €50,000 investment fund to be shared between the winners and runners up of the three categories in County Roscommon.
Kilcoyne Tree Surgery (KTS) was established by Darren Kilcoyne in 2007 to provide professional tree care and arboriculture maintenance services across the West of Ireland. Kilcoyne Tree Surgery provide all aspects of professional tree care, specialising in electrical utility vegetation management and also provide Manual Handling & First Aid Training. KTS is currently spearheading the development of an Arborist Apprenticeship here in Ireland, which would be the first of its kind.
