Local fiddle player Sarah Egan will feature in Saturdays Songs and Stories of Connacht programme on Irish TV.
The first in this twelve part series is filmed in Tourmakeady and Boyle musician Sarah is joined by some of the finest musicians in Connacht including Mayo’s Mary Staunton and Galway’s Seamus Rutledge.
Sarah is daughter of Frank and Laura Egan and is well knownn in Boyle.
The show airs on Irish TV (Sky 191) at 9pm Saturday 9th April
