Boyle cyclist Enda Madden will take part in the Donegal Atlantic Way Ultra Cycling Race this weekend.
Commencing at 10am Friday from Letterkenny, Enda hopes to cycle 555km in under 60 hours.
The event is a stepping stone for Enda in his preparation for the Irish Ultra Challenge in August when he plans to complete 1,100km in 68 hours.
Back up crew for Enda on this weekend’s challenge are Eddie Conroy, Oliver Donagher and Michael Sweeney.
