Boyle GAA club news update

RIP Tony McGovern:

Boyle GAA Club were saddened to hear of the passing of our great friend Tony McGovern, RIP, who was laid to rest on Wednesday last. Our sincere condolences to his wife Marian and family, particularly his sons Mark and Declan who have been longstanding players for the club. Tony has been a loyal sponsor of the senior team for many years and his generosity and support have always been very much appreciated. We will miss Tony and he will not be forgotten. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

Back in action!

Boyle GAA Club are delighted to be back in action and are working hard to get all our teams out on the field over the coming weeks.

Everyone’s health and safety is our priority and we ask that you would use our hand sanitizers on entry and exiting our grounds. Hundreds of parents and adult players have now completed the GAA elearning program for the safe return to play and we remind everyone to update the health questionnaire before every training session or match. Otherwise unfortunately you won’t be able to participate.

With everyone working together, we can all keep safe while enjoying all that our games give us.
