Boyle FRC secures ownership of ‘The Rectory’

Boyle Family Resource Centre (FRC) is delighted to announce that they have purchased ‘The Rectory,’ a building they say they “have rented and cherished for over twenty years”.

The Centre’s management and members of the Board of Directors were on hand last week to welcome Rory & Pearl along with Clive and Ernest to the Centre to mark this significant milestone in the Centre’s history.

According to Louise Moran, Boyle FRC Manager: “This achievement reflects years of collaboration and dedication to safeguarding the future of ‘The Rectory.’ Ownership of the building now resides with Boyle FRC CLG, a registered charity serving the Boyle community”.

“We are also excited to share that Boyle FRC has been successful in securing funding from the Community Recognition Fund to renovate the property in 2025. This funding will allow us to enhance the building’s facilities, ensuring it continues to meet the needs of the community for many years to come”.

“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Church of Ireland, Reverend Edward, Bishop Ferran, the Representative Church Body (RCB), and the local Vestry group. Their support has been instrumental in helping us fulfill our mission and achieve this significant step”.

“The purchase and planned renovation of ‘The Rectory’ mark an exciting new chapter for Boyle FRC, ensuring we can continue to grow and serve our community well into the future”, concluded Louise.
